Some fantastic summer news for us here at CRM Insights – we’ve just been awarded CRM Consultants of the Year 2022 by SME News!
It’s not always easy running and growing a business, despite what many people will have you believe. And I’ve been running CRM consulting businesses for nearly twenty years now.
Key to my success has undoubtedly been the joining together of my own consultancy with Mike’s, my fellow director. To paraphrase the Spice Girls, it was back in 2016 when two became one, and CRM Insights was born.
Throughout the last 8+ years we’ve worked with lots of different clients, some large, some very small, and many in between. We’ve also worked across numerous different market sectors. This breadth of experience has helped us to grow our expertise, and our team too, so it’s great to be recognised for the efforts.
The true recognition, of course, goes from us to our clients and contacts. Whether you’re a client and have chosen to work with us, giving us the opportunity to help you out; or you’ve not worked with us yet but have found value in the educational content that we produce and share through this newsletter; or perhaps you’ve referred us into someone else that needed help – regardless of which, it is you we have to thank.
