Does your current CRM system or strategy seem broken? There are a variety of issues that can cause users to underutilise or under-value the CRM system you implement.
To help you with this we provide a range of services to help diagnose any issues you may have with your current CRM system. But, before we can help identify the reason your CRM strategy has been unsuccessful, we need to diagnose the symptoms.
For example, do any of the following statements resonate with you:
Does this sound like you?
- Your system contains bad data
- Only some departments use your CRM software
- The system was rolled out companywide right away
- Limited training was given
- Managers don’t use the system
- You have to create workarounds to get the information you need
- You’re still having to log into various systems for data
If you agreed with any of the above statements, or whether you have other issues you’d like to highlight, we can talk these through with you and come to a solution.
Whether you want to continue using the system you have, or you want to change to a system that works for your and is tailored to your business, we can help.
We understand that every business is different and it is only by creating data entities that match the sector you operate in that will you will be able to give your CRM initiative a chance of being successful.
Finding the right CRM solution
To help you determine the right CRM solution for you, we provide a consultative service to help you choose the right path for your business. We work with you to understand your business and its processes.
We’ve also created a variety of workshops to help businesses just like yours – Helping those struggling to deploy a successful CRM strategy. There are two workshops we’d recommend:
Discovery workshop: During this workshop, two experienced business analysts will help you produce a blueprint for your CRM implementation. This will contain the scope, priorities and phases of your CRM implementation – giving it the best chance of adoption and success.
Scoping workshop: During this workshop, two experienced business analysts go through your customer’s journey, provide MoSCoW analysis, Minimum Viable Phase (MVP) analysis, and high-level cost estimates.
The scoping workshop is the minimum due diligence level to avoid having to abandon the project due to cost-overruns.
