Discovery workshop: During this workshop, two experienced business analysts will help you produce a blueprint for your CRM implementation. This will contain the scope, priorities and phases of your CRM implementation – giving it the best chance of adoption and success.

Scoping workshop: During this workshop, two experienced business analysts go through your customer’s journey, provide MoSCoW analysis, Minimum Viable Phase (MVP) analysis, and high-level cost estimates.

The scoping workshop is the minimum due diligence level to avoid having to abandon the project due to cost-overruns.
