There’s been a huge increase in the amount of CRM systems available over the last three years, so it’s no surprise that businesses are struggling to decide which solution is the right one for them.

As CRM solutions become more advanced, one thing has become clear, there’s no longer a contest when it comes to choosing an on-premise or cloud based system. Licences for corporate systems like Microsoft CRM and SalesForce can cost as much as £250 per person per month, whereas Workbooks starts at just £19 per user per month.
While investing in a CRM system is a significant commitment, research by Forrester, shows that it delivers an ROI of 243%.
