Time has flown since the Peterborough Biscuit took place on Wednesday 8th February. As the first event of its kind, it was a huge success, with over 120 exhibitors and almost 800 visitors.
The Peterborough Biscuit 2017, held at the Peterborough Arena, was the most anticipated event of the year. What’s more, it turned out to be the biggest business showcase the area has seen in over 10 years, with 120 businesses exhibiting, and 782 visitors, all from within a 25 mile radius of Peterborough.
Abby Freed, co-ordinator of the event, told Peterboroughtoday.co.uk how the event aimed to highlight how many of the products and services many of us need are right here in Peterborough.
Throughout the day there were numerous seminars, demonstrations and product launches. As gold sponsors of the event we had the opportunity to conduct two workshops, which proved to be a great success, drumming up interest and even new business.
Mike Basketter, Co-Director of CRM Insights Ltd conducted the two workshops, in which he asked the audience about their experience with CRM software to decipher just how much businesses under utilise their business data.
Following this, he debunked the common misconceptions of CRM solutions and how CRM can help businesses manage their prospect data easily; enabling them to convert more leads.
